Drafting & Planning: Double Page Spread.
For my double page spread I decided not to use publisher at all as PagePlus is much easier than Paint.net to arrange fonts on. I cropped the image a lot so that my model was the centre of the image. First I added a pull quote and a interview title in colours fitting my house style.
The finished draft:
